Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Coralo service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately. The service is intended for users aged 14 and older; individuals under 14 may not use the service without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Accessing the service or creating an account constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Coralo is an AI-powered color grading Progressive Web App (PWA) designed specifically for underwater video. The service uses WebGL and WebAssembly technologies to process video entirely within your browser — no video data is ever uploaded to external servers. The service is available in two tiers: a Free plan with limited access to basic features, and a Pro plan (monthly at $3.99 or annually at $29) that provides unlimited access to all premium features. Specific features and limitations of each plan are subject to change with prior notice.

Certain features of the service require account registration through the Clerk authentication system. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of that information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription ($3.99/month) or an annual subscription ($29/year). All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our official payment processing partner, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Prices are subject to change with prior notice, and updated pricing will apply from your next billing cycle.

For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; however, upon cancellation you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. To request a refund, please contact us at support@coralo.app. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy's refund procedures, and processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and shall not use it to process content that infringes upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Using the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, or interfering with the normal operation of the service, is strictly prohibited. You may not use automated tools to place excessive load on the service or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it. Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Coralo service, including its software, design, algorithms, shader code, and related technology, are owned by Kim Dohyun, the operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. All videos and content that you process through the service remain entirely your property. Coralo does not claim any ownership rights over your content and does not access your content for any purpose other than providing the service.

Coralo does not upload your media files to any server — all video processing is performed locally within your browser using WebGL and WebAssembly technologies. Only the minimum information necessary for account authentication is processed through the Clerk authentication system. Payment information is securely handled by Lemon Squeezy, and Coralo does not directly store your payment card details.

Coralo targets 99% or higher service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for planned maintenance and to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of unplanned downtime. The operator reserves the right to modify the features, interface, and scope of the service, and will provide notice for significant changes.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The operator shall not be liable for any data loss, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. The operator's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim. As video processing is performed locally in your browser, the operator is not responsible for issues arising from local processing.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by deleting your account. The operator may suspend or terminate your account with prior notice if you violate these Terms, or immediately in urgent cases. If your account is terminated while you have an active paid subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. After account termination, data associated with your account may be deleted, and the operator bears no liability for such deletion.

The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. If the Terms are modified, we will notify you via your registered email address at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please delete your account and discontinue use of the service before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
